FSA Health & Wellbeing is an initiative of Family Services Australia - a not-for-profit community organisation committed to breaking the cycle of disadvantage and advocating that all people have the right to participate in the workforce and community.

Our Services
FSA Health & Wellbeing offer a range of programs to support psychological wellbeing. Please click the tiles below for further information on these services.
Psychological assessment, intervention, group programs and clinical supervision services across the lifespan conducted in our Shellharbour office or via telehealth.​​

Counselling to participants in the jobseeker program through Workforce Australia. Services are delivered via telehealth or face to face at designated sites located across the Gold Coast and Wivenhoe Region in South East Queensland.
Free mental health support for up to six months for people aged 16 and above who live in the Goulburn Mulwaree area. Support is offered in our Goulburn office or via telehealth.
Short-term structured psychological therapy for clients of all ages with a mental health care plan. Services are available face-to-face or via telehealth for clients from Toowoomba, Lockyer Valley and Somerset regions.

We encourage all clients to provide anonymous feedback to us to assist our service development. Your feedback will assist Family Services Australia in ensuring we are providing quality care to our community. To complete a Client Satisfaction survey please follow this link.
If you would like to make a specific complaint about our service or your experience, you can complete this form. If you nominate to be contacted further, a member of our management team will follow up within two weeks following your response.
